Primo Water Corporation features an experienced and very dynamic management team. Many of our executives and directors have been with the company since it began, and all of them bring many years of experience to bear in leading the company.

	Billy D. Prim
	Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
	Mr. Prim has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President since he founded Primo Water in 2004. Mr. Prim has also served on our Board of Directors since 2004. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Prim founded Blue Rhino Corporation, which was acquired by Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. in 2004. Mr. Prim brings extensive business, managerial and leadership experience to his role as Chairman, CEO, President and Director.

	Mark Castaneda
	Chief Financial Officer
	Mr. Castaneda has served as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2008. Prior to joining our Company, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Tecta America, Inc. (a private national roofing contractor), Interact Public Safety (a private software company) and Pike Electric Corporation (a publicly-traded energy solutions provider). Mr. Castaneda worked with Billy Prim previously as Chief Financial Officer of Blue Rhino Corporation from November 1997 until October 2004 and as a Director from September 1998 until April 2004. Mr. Castaneda began his career with Deloitte & Touche in 1988 and is a certified public accountant.

	Matt Sheehan
	Chief Operating Officer
	Mr. Sheehan’s has served as our Chief Operating Officer since December 2012. Prior to joining our Company he held the following positions in Sales and Business Development at Redbox: Vice President, Strategic Venture Advisor in 2011; Vice President, Sales and Business Development from 2006 to 2011; and Director of Business Development from 2005 to 2006. Prior to Redbox, Mr. Sheehan served as the Sales Director, Transportation Solutions with Manhattan Associates, a provider of supply chain software for retail, distribution, transportation, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Sheehan began his career with Streamline.com, a home grocery delivery business, in Supply Chain and Logistics as well as Business Services. Mr. Sheehan is Chairman-elect of the Alumni Advisory Board of the MBA program at Penn State.

	Rick Belmont
	General Manager, Water Dispensers
	Mr. Belmont has served as General Manager of Dispensers since January of 2012 and previous as Vice President, Products from March 2010 until January 2012 and Vice President, Marketing from September 2009 until March 2010. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Belmont worked with Billy Prim at Blue Rhino Corporation as the Vice President, Products from October 2002 until September 2007; Vice President, Marketing from February 1998 until October 2002 and Vice President, Sales & Marketing from March 1995 until February 1998. Mr. Belmont held positions in Product Management and Strategic Planning with Charbroil, a division of W.C. Bradley Company from January 1990 until March 1995. Mr. Belmont began his career as an Industrial Designer for Ampex Magnetic Tape in January 1985.
