In nature, water is purified through cycles of evaporation, condensation and filtration. Primo models its water-purification process on nature's own wisdom.

Our water is purified to the highest industry standards using reverse osmosis or distillation to remove the harmful contaminants that are found in drinking water. We start by sand filtering (removes particles), and then use carbon filters to remove chlorine disinfection by-products and organic constituents. The reverse osmosis or distillation phase removes metal and inorganic constituents. Using micro-filtration, we then remove very small particles and microbiological constituents before the water is ozonated to ensure it is completely disinfected.

Finally, we inject a specially formulated blend of minerals (calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, and sodium bicarbonate) that provide an ultra-clean taste with a silky finish.
